Some of Jennifer’s fondest early memories are riding around Dallas, and Old City Park to tour all of the historical homes with her father, a local homebuilder. Or, visiting his development and exploring the homes he was building. The many details involved in building, designing and decorating a home have always been a consistent fascination. 

It was because of this early affinity that Jennifer launched her real estate career in the early 90’s with Centex-where she was responsible for buyers relocating from all over the world to DFW. She earned sales person of the region during her term, and was successful resurrecting sales momentum in 6 different developments in and around DFW-including an urban infill division in the West Village area of Dallas.

After leaving Centex, Jennifer relocated to San Diego, California, and worked for a large multi-family developer in downtown, and UTC La Jolla-and sold all over San Diego County. Jennifer lived in La Jolla, and worked in Pacific Beach with Coldwell Banker. Her experience spans luxury condominiums and townhomes in Mission Beach, to multi-family units and single family residential all over San Diego county-where she sold 5 million in her first year. 

Jennifer relocated to San Antonio to be closer to her father, after accepting a position with a luxury developer on the River Walk. Subsequently Jennifer landed a position with American Home Shield- the leader in the home warranty business. Jennifer successfully grew her business year over year with AHS-where she earned Circle of Excellence, and was above quota consistently during her term with the company. Serving American Home Shield negotiating contracts with agents, buyers and sellers, dealing with the mechanics of home systems-and handling service throughout Bexar and Four Rivers, only adds value to her overall service arsenal for her clients. Jennifer traveled all over metro San Antonio, and Segun and learned valuable insights as to the mechanics of home systems and handling service. 

Apart from the home warranty business, and a solid remodel/fixer acumen, the most crucial area of valuation is a strength. Jennifer has consulted as a market analyst for major organizations, as well as banks doing Broker Price Opinions. Jennifer feels strongly that a solid understanding of valuation and timing of inventory are imperative to success as an agent.

Today, it is Jennifer’s goal to utilize her extensive experience in sales, marketing, valuation, and real estate to provide the finest quality service to buyers and sellers.
